Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Attendance Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App is a Google Meet add-on that provides real-time attendance tracking during meetings and exports attendance reports to Google Sheets. The App is available to Google Workspace users.

User Responsibilities

• You must be the meeting organizer or have appropriate permissions to track attendance.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding participant monitoring and data collection in your jurisdiction.
• You must inform meeting participants that attendance is being tracked, where required by law.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Yacht Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that attendance data will be 100% accurate due to limitations of the Google Meet API.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Yacht Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
